Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order within an hour of placing your order however after an hour your order cannot be cancelled as it is in processing. Changing Orders (Size Corrections etc.) We will do our best to catch all the requests for corrections however we cannot guarantee it and cannot be held responsible if your order is processed the way it was originally placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from mima-apparel.com . You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, anytime after purchase. In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. (However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.) Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

 

Questions, problems after an order has been placed:

When emailing Customer Service, please make sure to provide your name and your order number, and the question/issue you are having. Please email from the email address associated with the account, this helps to ensure you receive the appropriate help or answers to your concerns. Processing: Orders placed can take up to 24 to 72 hours for processing, this is the time allowed for the merchandise to be made, packaged and shipped from our warehouse. This is not the estimated time of delivery, and has nothing to do with the delivery portion of your order.
